Party FAQs

How do I secure a date?
To secure your party, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due on the day of your party.

Is there a minimum number of children required for a party?
A minimum of 10 children is required per party booking. We also have a max of 30 children per party

What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel:
90+ days before your party - full deposit refunded.
60 days before - 50% of your deposit refunded.
30 days or less - deposit is non-refundable. -
Can I add extra guests after I book?
Extra party guests can be added up to 1 week before your booking. Any additional costs will be added to your final bill and paid on the day.
Additional Adult guests can be paid for on the day.

What happens if we need to reschedule?
We know little ones can sometimes be poorly - party bookings can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the party date. Subject to availability.

What if some guests aren't able to attend on the day?
The agreed booking price remains the same even if some guests are unable to attend.

Who is responsible for the children?
Our team will be on hand to support with supervision and soft-play rule compliance, but children remain the responsibility of their grown-ups at all times.

Can we bring our own food?
You can bring a birthday cake. Other than that, we kindly ask that no external food or drink is brought into the venue.
If you choose to bring a cake, you are responsible for supplying allergen information for your guests in accordance with Natasha’s Law.

Can we decorate the party room?
Every party includes access to a private party room. You can arrive up to 20 minutes before your booking to decorate and make it your own.
