General Softplay Rules

  • All children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Unless booked into our supervised session (only applicable when the child is aged 4+)

  • Thrive & Wild reserves the right to revoke membership in cases of repeated breaches of safety or conduct rules.

Soft Play Timings

  • Weekdays: unlimited play.

  • Weekends & school holidays: 1.5hrs play + 30 mins cleaning reset.

Soft Play Safety Rules – Parent/Guardian Terms & Conditions

By entering the soft play area, parents/guardians agree to the following safety rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all children:

Supervision (unless booked onto specified supervised sessions)

  • Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

  • Staff are present for guidance and safety but do not replace parental supervision.

Age Restrictions

  • Soft play areas have designated zones for different age groups.

  • Children must only use equipment appropriate for their age and size.

Footwear & Clothing

  • Socks must be worn at all times (no shoes allowed on play equipment).

  • Loose clothing, scarves, or jewelry that may cause injury should be removed.

Behaviour

  • Children should play safely and follow staff instructions.

  • Rough play, climbing on walls, or jumping from equipment is prohibited.

Health & Hygiene

  • Children who are unwell or have contagious illnesses must not use the play area.

  • Hands should be washed or sanitized before entering.

  • No food and drinks are allowed in the soft play frames and play areas.

  • Only food purchased on the Thrive & Wild premises may be consumed on site.

Safety of Equipment

  • Parents/guardians should report any damaged equipment to staff immediately.

  • Children should not attempt to fix or move play equipment.

Occupancy & Capacity

  • Please respect posted maximum occupancy limits for the play area.

Emergencies

  • In the event of an emergency, follow staff instructions and leave the area calmly.

Liability

  • While staff take all reasonable precautions, the operator cannot accept responsibility for minor bumps or accidents.

  • Serious incidents will be handled according to health and safety procedures, and parents/guardians will be notified immediately.

Compliance

  • Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the soft play area without refund.
